CT导引肿瘤内注药联合支气管动脉化疗治疗晚期中心型肺癌

Treatment of Central Type Carcinoma of Lung by Aspiration Biopsy Guided of CT and Intratumor Carboplatin Injection Plus Bronchial Artery Chemotherapy

目的 研究CT导引下穿刺活检及卡铂瘤内注射联合支气管动脉化疗治疗晚期中心型肺癌的可行性及临床价值。方法 观察组 30例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期中心型肺癌 ,CT导引瘤体内注入卡铂联合支气管动脉化疗 ;对照组 46例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期中心型肺癌单独行支气管动脉化疗。通过CT、组织学、生活质量及生存期等指标观察疗效。结果 观察组近期疗效有效率 73% ,对照组 5 0 % ,观察组明显高于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;生活质量、生存期均有明显提高。结论 CT引导下卡铂瘤内注射联合支气管动脉化疗对晚期中心型肺癌的近期疗效、改善生存质量。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of aspiration biopsy guided of CT and intratumor carboplatin injection (ICI) plus bronchial artery infusion (BAI). Methods 30 patients with stage Ⅲand Ⅳ central type carcinoma of lung were treated as up ideas, while 46 patients with same stages were treated merely by bronchial artery chemotherapy as control group. Therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the improvement of the following variables: CT pathohistologic picture of the biopsy specimen, life quality and surviral period after treatment. Results lst : The responsive rate in the treatment group was 73%, while that in the control group was 50%. They were quite different( P <0.05). The treatment group was higher than the control group. 2nd: The life quality and survival period were raised, too. Conclusion Aspiration biopsy guided of CT and ICI plus BAI can not only raise the shortem effect, prolong patients survival period, but also improve the quality of patients lives.
