目的 探讨CR系统与屏 /片组合系统在静脉性尿路造影 (IVU)中的应用比较。方法 同一IVU患者在相同时间内分别摄取CR照片及屏 /片组合片进行比较分析。结果 CR能够明显改善肾脏病变及软组织的分辨力 ,提高结石与微小钙化的显示能力。结论 CR成像系统对泌尿系统疾病特征的显示率明显高于屏

Purpose To evaluate the application value of the intravenous urography using CR system and screen/film system and compared them. Methods Patients with urinary diseases were taken intravenous urography using both CR system and screen/film system in the same time. Results We found the imaging features of urinary diseases in the intravenous urography by CR system were better than that using screen/film system. Conclusion CR system could highly improve the soft tissue resolution of urinary diseases in IVU and find the stones and microcalcification.
