摘要
多品样品Ni_3Al的正电子寿命和多普勒展宽测量是在室温下进行的。改变样品中的铝成分,并在掺硼与不掺硼的情况下进行了15种样品的测量。其中6种样品为首次正电子测量。在其他9种样品中,所得的测量结果与Dasgupta等人的结果有明显的不同。
Positron-lifetime and Doppler-broadening measurements were performed at room temperature on polycrystalline Ni3Al alloys. The content of aluminum in Ni3Al is 24%, 25% and 26% respectively. Fifteen Ni3Al samples, containing 0, 100, 300, 500 and l000wt. ppm boron respectively, were measured. The positron measurement is carried out for the first time for six samples among them. The results are discrepant with Dasgupta's results in some aspects and the possible reason was discussed.
