摘要
目的 :用旋光法替代常规方法 ,对青、链霉素皮试液进行含量测定。方法 :采用旋光法测定青、链霉素皮试液的含量 ,用初匀速法预测其稳定性。结果 :青、链霉素皮试液的旋光度与溶液浓度呈良好线性关系 (r =0 .9997) ,且回收率好 ;4℃下青霉素皮试液贮存期为 5d ,链霉素皮试液贮存期为 179d。结论 :旋光法可替代常规方法用于青、链霉素皮试液的含量测定。
Objective:To measure the content of penicillin and streptomycin in the liquid shin test preparetions and to predict their stability.Methods:Spectropolarimetry was adopted to measure the content of penicillin and streptomycin in the liquid shin test preparation and the initial uniform velocity method was adopted to predict their stability.Results:The spectropolar activity of the liquid skin test preparations of penicillin and streptomycin and the solution concentration showed a good linear relationship( r =0.9997),and the recovery rate was satisfactory.In addition,at 4℃,the storage time of the liquid skin test preparations of penicillin and streptomycin was 5 days and 179 days respectively.Conclusion:The spectropolarimetry can be adopted instead of the routine method to measure the content of penicillin and streptomycin in the liquid skin test preparations.
