bFGF治疗烧伤残余创面的研究

A STUDY OF bFGF TREATMENT FOR BURN RESIDUAL WOUND

目的 :探讨局部使用 b FGF治疗烧伤残余创面的疗效。方法 :全组 64例患者 ,其中 b FGF组 2 0例 ,对照组 1 6例 ;自身对照组 2 8例 ,比较残余创面平均愈合速度。结果 :应用 b FGF患者的残余创面较非使用者愈合快。结论 :在综合治疗烧伤残余创面的基础上 ,局部应用 b FGF可促进创面愈合 。

Objective:To investigate the effects of bFGF on burn residual wound healing.Methods:Sixty four patients with burn residual wound were randomly divied into 2 grorps,20 cases treated with bFGF,16 cases as control,and other 28 cases treated with bFGF and as control themselves.Results:Those who were treated with bFGF recovered sooner than those in control group.Conclusion:Based on the comprehensive treatment,burn residual wound can be rapidly healed by using bFGF.
