前列腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素系统与早产发动的关系
摘要
早产一直是困扰产科医师的重要问题 ,尽管保胎治疗已应用了 4 0多年 ,早产率并无下降 ,相反 ,还在上升。早产的确切动因至今仍不清楚 ,已知前列腺素系统与促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素系统在其中起重要的作用 ,早产时此两系统都被激活 ,并相互作用 。
