多巴胺D_4受体基因多态性和注意缺陷多动障碍的关系

摘要
分子遗传学的研究表明 ,多巴胺D4 受体极富多态性 ,这一特征与注意缺陷多动障碍存在密切关联 ,提示DRD4 受体基因可能是注意缺陷多动障碍的高风险因子。
