摘要
目的探讨细胞生长因子 TGF- α、IGF- 1、IGF- 2与糖尿病肾脏病变的关系。方法采用放射免疫分析法测定 87例 2型糖尿病血 TGF- α、IGF- 1、IGF- 2水平 ,其中 U AE>2 0 0 μg/ m in的 32例为 DN组 ,U AE<2 0 μg/ m in的5 5例为 DM组 ,2 5例正常人为对照组。结果 DN组 TGF- α测定值明显高于正常对照组及 DM组 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ;IGF- 1测定值 DN组也明显高于正常对照组及 DM组 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ;DN组及 DM组 IGF- 2测定值均低于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论细胞生长因子 TGF- α、IGF- 1、IGF- 2与 DN的发生、发展有关。
Objective To explore the relationship between transforming growth factor-α(TGF-α),insulin growth factor-1 (IGF-1),insulin growth factor-2 (IGF-2) and diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods Eighty-seven patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus (DM) were divided into DN group (n=32,with urine albumin excretion (UAE>200 μg/min) and DM group (n=55,with UAE<200 μg/min).Twenty-five healthy people were as control.Their serum TGF-α IGF-1,IGF-2 contents were tested with radioimmunoassay.Results Serum TGF-α level in DN was higher than that in control and DM group 〔(12.37±9.55)ng/L vs(5.93±2.54)ng/L and (9.30±4.50)ng/L,P<0.01,P<0.05〕;Serum IGF level was higher in DN than in DM group and control group 〔(155.05±22.86)μg/L vs(140.76±28.84)μg/L and(107.10±13.98)μg/L,P<0.05,P<0.01〕;serum IGF-2 level in both DN and DM group is lower than that in control group〔(0.28±0.15)μg/L,(0.27±0.15)μg/L vs(0.36±0.50)μ g/L,P<0.05〕.Conclusion There is a relation between TGF-α,IGF-1,IGF-2 and the occurrence and development of DN.
