摘要
目的 分析癫痫(EP)的颅脑CT特征,评价CT对癫痫诊断的临床价值。方法 100例临床确诊为癫痫患者作颅脑CT平扫及部分增强扫描。结果 颅脑CT无异常发现26例,有异常表现为74例,阳性率为74％,其中脑囊虫为60例,脑软化灶6例,脑脓肿3例,颅脑发育异常(胼胝体发育不良)1例,脑积水2例,脑肿瘤2例。结论 颅脑CT对癫痫有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in epilepsy by analyzing the CT features of brain. Methods Plain CT scanning were performed in 100 patients with epilepsy and some of them additional contrast enhanced CT were performed. Results Among the 100 patients, 26 were normal and 74 were abnormal on CT scanning. The positive rate was 74%, which included 60 cysticercosis, 6 cerebromalacia, 3 brain abscess, 1 anomaly of brain (callosal agensis), 2 hydrocephalus and 2 neoplasm of brain. Conclusion CT scanning is valuable in the diagnosis of epilepsy.
