工会对职工进行思想政治教育,要坚持"四结合",将思想政治工作寓于实际工作之中,将工会的维护职能与开展思想政治教育和职业教育工作有机地统一起来,从而增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性。
When the trade union wants to give its staff members ideological instructions,it should insist on'Four Combinations'.Ideological work must be combined with practical one.The function of trade union must be combined effectively with the work of ideological and political instruction as well as that of professional education,thus the pertinence and actual effect of ideological and political work may be enhanced.
