Strategic Reflections on the Continual Development of China's Higher Vocational Education in the 21th Century

论述21世纪影响和制约我国高等职业教育可持续发展的有关问题。高职教育要实现可持续发展,应树立面向21世纪的职业教育观,构建完善的高等职业教育体系,搞好"双师型"师资队伍建设,采取多种形式办学与产业化运作,办出高等职业教育特色,提高毕业生就业率。

The strategic problems affecting and restricting the continual development of China's higher vocational education in the 21th century were discussed in this article.A series of strategic countermeasures for the continual devdopment were brought forward.These strategic countermeasures were:setting up a vocational education concept that meets the needs of the 21th century,constructing a perfect higher vocational education system,trying to run the school with higher vocational education characteristics,cultivating teachers to be qualified engineers, running the school with a variety d forms and improving the employment rate of its graduates.
