摘要
测量了Cr12MoV钢磨料磨损过程中所产生的磨屑及磨损表面的穆斯堡尔谱。分析表明,该材料的磨损率及其相结构的改变与它的淬火温度和它相对于磨料的滑动速度有关,而且磨屑的相结构和磨损表面的不同。
The Mossbauer spectra of debris and worn surface of Crl2MoV steel produced during the wearing process are obtained. The analysis of the spectra showed that both the wear rate of the material and the change of its phase structure are related to quenching temperature as well as its sliding speed, and the phase structure of debris is different from that of worn surface.
