摘要
根据多底分支井对钻井液的性能要求 ,从抑制性、悬浮、携岩、油层保护等主要方面考虑 ,优选出适合于多底分支井钻井施工要求的钻井液体系配方 ;该钻井液体系满足了多底分支井施工要求 ,顺利完成了施工任务 ;应用结果表明 ,该钻井液体系性能稳定、携岩洗井能力强、滤失量小 ,能够有效地稳定井壁、保护油气储层 ,为老区挖潜、降低油田开发成本以及提高采收率。
The formula of drilling fluid suitable for multilateral wells has been selected as per the considerations of inhibition, suspension, cutting carrying capacity and reservoir protection. This formula worked through the drilling process and met the requirement of multilateral well drilling. The application showed that this drilling fluid had stable properties, low filtration loss, was capable of cutting carrying, effectively stabilized borehole wall, and protected oil and gas reservoirs. It also provides a guarantee for potential tapping in old oil areas, reducing development cost, enhancing oil recovery and increasing productivity.
