摘要
抽油杆柱断裂是影响油田正常生产的重要因素。对某采油厂 1 0个月内抽油杆柱断裂情况进行了统计分析 ,发现抽油杆柱断裂原因主要是 :1杆柱组合等参数设计不合理 ,使抽油杆超负荷工作 ,承受的应力超过了耐久极限 ;2服役时间超过了安全使用期 ;3制造缺陷 ;4运输和使用抽油杆时处理不当。
Sucker rod break is a key factor influencing the normal production in oilfields By statistically analyzing the rod break of 10 months in an oil production company, it is found that the major causes of rod break include:①unreasonable design parameters of rod string assembly make the rod working with overload, in which the stress applied on the rod exceeds its endurance limit;②service time exceeds the duration of safety;③manufacturing defects;④unreasonable handling in transportation and application Thus ralated countermeasures are proposed to deal with them
