摘要
从部分水解聚丙烯酰胺与铬离子交联形成冻胶的本质出发 ,建立其交联反应动力学模型。未反应的Cr3+用超滤法进行分离 ,并用比色法测定其浓度。通过试验得出交联反应动力学方程为 :- dc(Cr3+ )dt =k[c(Cr3+ ) ]1 2 2 [c(—COO— ) ]0 53[c(H+ ) ]-0 902 5℃时的反应速率常数k =1 13mmol0 15/ (l0 15·h) ,反应活化能为 78 5kJ/mol。
Polyacrylamide (HPAM) and its gel system are widely used in profile cntrol, water plugging and fracturing. Based on the essence of Cr 3+ crosslinking with HPAM, a kinetic model was established. The unreacted Cr 3+ was separated from Cr 3+ which had reacted with the polymer by ultrafiltration and measured by colorimetric method. The kinetic equation of Cr 3+ reacted with polyacrylamide may be described as: - d c( Cr 3+ ) d t=k[c( Cr 3+ )] 1 22 [c(- COO -)] 0 53 [c( H +)] -0 90 The reaction rate constant at 25 ℃ is 1.13 mmol 0.15 /(l 0.15 ·h), the reaction activation energy is 78.5 kJ/mol.
