摘要
针对油管柱长度智能计量的设计方案 ,以欧拉公式为基础 ,依据起升系统中钢丝绳的受力特点及变形 ,推导出适用于油管柱长度智能计量的数学模型。结果表明 ,只要记录到了油管柱提升的高度、油管柱下放的高度及下放油管柱结束时的加速度 ,即可计算出一个下放周期中所下油管柱长度 ,并能补偿变形对测量精度所造成的影响。室内试验也表明 ,应用该数学模型对油管柱进行长度测量的精度可达 1‰。
In consideration of a design plan for intelligent measuring of tubing string length, a mathematical model is established to conduct the measuring based on Euler's formula and the characters of bearing force and deformation of wire rope in the lifting system. The result shows that if the height of lifting, height of tubing string running and acceleration at the end tubing string running are recorded down, the tubing string length would be calculated for the cycle of string running so as to compensate the effect of deformation on measuring accuracy. Laboratory testing also shows that the math model is suitable for the measuring of tubing string length, of which accuracy is 1 [per mille] .
