摘要
在直流伺服系统中采用 Bang-Bang控制、Fuzzy控制和 PID控制相结合的模糊智能控制 ,其中 Bang-Bang控制用于提高系统的快速性 ,Fuzzy控制有利于改善系统的动态性能和实现电机电枢电流的保护 ,PID控制可改善系统的静特性和消除稳态误差。控制系统的硬件由 87C1 96MC单片机、功率转换及驱动电路、检测环节构成 ,具有较好的抗干扰性能。
In DC servo system, the combination of intelligent fuzzy controller with a Bang-Bang control, fuzzy control and PID control is used. The Bang-Bang control is used to improve the ability of fast speed; the fuzzy control is to improve the dynamic property of the system and to implement the protection for the motor armature; PID is to improve the static property and to eliminate steady state errors of the system. Hardware in the control system is composed of 87C196MC microcontroller, power transform, driving circuit and detection unit and with good property of anti-interference.
