配合皮带抽油机应用连续抽油杆和耐高温高压深井泵 ,通过优化设计可以实现有杆泵抽油系统在深井的应用。试验表明连续抽油杆现场操作方便 ,可连续起下作业 ,缩短作业时间。由于无接箍和丝扣 ,重量轻 ,下泵深 ,杆管磨损少 ,工作可靠性大大增强。配合皮带抽油机生产能提高深抽油井产量和延长油井免修期 ,消除了普通抽油杆接箍的活塞效应 ,增油节能效果非常显著 。
