偏轮游梁抽油机节能效果研究

Energy-saving Efficiency of a Deflecting Wheel Beam Pumping Unit

从抽油机相同工况下的光杆示功图 (悬点载荷 )、曲柄轴净扭矩、均方根功率、周期负载率和整机地面效率等节能指标的计算出发 ,对常规游梁抽油机、异相型抽油机和偏轮游梁抽油机进行了节能效果比较分析 ,结果表明偏轮游梁抽油机具有明显的节能效果。

In consideration of energy saving indications of the polished rod dynamometer card(load on suspension point), net torque of crank shaft;root mean square power, cyclic loading rate and overall surface efficiency, comparative analyses are made on the energy saving results of conventional beam pumping units, out phase pumping units and deflecting wheel beam pumping units, the results show that obvious energy saving efficiency is achieved with the deflecting beam pumping unit
