摘要
采用Pd/C作催化剂 ,由二苯基二甲氧基硅烷经加氢制得二环己基二甲氧基硅烷。加氢反应的适宜条件为 :温度 ( 110~12 5 )℃ ,氢气压力为 ( 4 0~ 5 5 )MPa,催化剂 /原料 (g/kg)为 2 0 0~ 3 0 0 ,溶剂 /原料 (g/ g)为 0 9。二苯基二甲氧基硅烷的转化率大于 99% ,二环己基二甲氧基硅烷产率最高可达到 92 1% ,纯度大于 95 %。
s:Using activated carbon submersed 4% palladium as catalyst , diphenyldimethoxylsilane was hydrogenated to give dicyclohexyldimethoxylsilane. Optimum conditions were discovered:temperature 110-124℃;pressure 4 0-5 0MPa ; the ratio of catalyst to raw material 200-300(gram/kilogram) ;the amount of solvent 0 9.The conversion of diphenyldimethoxysilane ,the yield and the purity of dicyclodimethoxysilane is about 99%,91%,95% respectively.
