摘要
对方管弯曲时的应力应变作了分析 ,介绍了薄壁方形钢管小曲率半径零件的弯曲工艺试验 ,给出了一种实用的高效率、低成本的弯曲工艺及其模具结构。
A rectangular tube under bending is analyzed. The stress-strain is discussed. The process of bending a thin-walled rectangular tube with small radius is described. Thus a practicable bending process and mold structure with high efficiency and low cost is developed.
