偶氮金属络合染料的微生物脱色研究 被引量:3

摘要 概述了白腐真菌降解复杂有机物的机理 ,选用两种典型的白腐真菌对难降解的金属络合进行了生物脱色研究 .结果表明 ,实验用菌可对溶剂型金属络合染料起明显的脱色作用 ,经驯化的白腐真菌处理染料液72小时脱色率高达 90 %以上 .对两种菌处理这类染料的温度、摇瓶 The mechanism of dagrading complicated organism has summed up by white rot fungi(WRF).A research was conducted for two kind of WRF used to decolor to the sythatic waste liquid of metal complex dyes. The result indicated that the WRF used in the research had obvious decoloring effect on the dyes, about 90 % color from the wastewater could be removed after treatment 72 hours by the acclimated WRF. The moderate condition such as temperature, shaking or static flow had been discussed.
