超声探讨中晚期妊娠并发胆石症的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Ultrasound for Detecting Complicated Gallstone during Middle and Later Pregnancy

目的 分析探讨中晚期妊娠并发胆石症的临床意义。方法 随机选择 1998年至 2 0 0 0年间 ,在我院建孕卡 ,产前检查 ,且在我院生产 ,原无胆系疾病的孕妇共 5 92例 ,其中孕 16～ 2 0周 2 10例 ,孕 2 1～ 30周 196例 ,孕 31～ 40周 186例 ,行空腹胆囊定期超声检查。结果 2 10例孕 16～ 2 0周孕妇中 ,1例胆囊胆固醇结晶 ,无 1例胆结石。 196例孕 2 1～ 30周孕妇中 ,胆囊胆固醇结晶 2例 ,胆囊结石 2例。 186例孕 31～ 40周孕妇中 ,胆囊结石 2例 ,胆囊胆泥 1例。胆囊大小随孕龄增加而增大 ,经统计学处理孕 16～ 2 0周与孕 31～ 40周孕妇的胆囊大小比较有显著性差异。结论 中晚期妊娠是诱发胆石症的重要病因之一。

Purpose To investigate the relationship between the formation of gallstone and pregnancy. Methods 592 cases of pregnant women without gallstone during 1998 to 2000 were periodically examined for gallstone using ultrasound throughout pregnancy period at certain stages. Results One cholesterol polyp was found in 210 pregnancy at 16th-20th weeks, and no stone was found in this group. Two cases of cholesterol polyps and two cases of gallstone were found in 196 pregnancy at 21th-30th week. Two cases of stone and two cases of sand like stone were found in 186 pregnancy at 31th-40th week. The size of gallbladder become large as pregnant age growth. Conclusion Pregnancy at middle and later stage may be one cause of gallstone.
