介绍了黑曲霉菌 β 葡萄糖苷酶诱导剂异丙基 1 硫 β D 吡喃型葡萄糖苷 (1)的合成路线。以葡萄糖为起始原料 ,合成 β D 1,2 ,3,4 ,6 五 O 乙酰基吡喃葡萄糖 (2 ) ,再与 2 丙硫醇作用得到异丙基 2 ,3,4 ,6 四 O 乙酰基 1 硫 β D 吡喃型葡萄糖苷 (3) ,再经醇解得到
Glucosidases were currently and intensively studied for scientific as well as industrial purposes.The organic synthesis of isopropyl 1 thio β D glucopyranoside(1)--a potential inducer of β glucosidase production by A.niger B1 was introduced in the thesis:taking glucose as the starting material to synthesize 1,2,3,4,6 penta O acetyl β D glucopyranoside(2),and then isopropyl 2,3,4,6 tetra O acetyl 1 thio D glucopyranoside(3) was obtained through the reaction of(2) and 2 propanethiol,(1) was obtained following hydrolysis of(3).
