The product market of Chinese traditional medieinals materials which are regarded as special goods has borne such characteristics as inelasticity of demand, unlimitedness of life ,sales monopoly and passiveness of the patients' purchasing behavior. The particularities of the market has produced an important effect on the rise in the whole price of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
