摘要
目的 :探讨与高血压相关的危险因素 ,重点分析心理行为因素在高血压发病中的作用。方法 :随机选择98例高血压患者和 80例正常人对照 ,采用A型行为问卷和医院焦虑抑郁量表测定行为特征和情绪反应。结果 :高血压家族史、A型行为特征、焦虑、抑郁情绪是高血压病的危险因素。结论 :对高血压病的防治要从生物、遗传、环镜。
Objective:To find out the risk factors of hypertension and analyse mainly the value of psychology behavior in hypertension.Methods:98 hypertension patients and 80 health individuals as control were selected,to carry out psychometry by type A question paper and hospital anxiety depression(HAD).Results:Family history of hypertension,type A behavior,anxiety and depression are risk factors of hypertension.Conclusions:we should pay attention to biology,heredity,environment,psychology,behavior in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.
