硝酸甘油对脑动脉血流速度影响的动态观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :评价硝酸甘油对正常成人脑动脉血流速度的影响。方法 :利用经颅多普勒仪监测 12例正常成人舌下含服硝酸甘油后右侧大脑中动脉 (MCA)血流速度的动态变化。结果 :正常成人含服硝酸甘油后 1min右侧MCA血流速度开始下降 ,第 4分钟最明显 ,6 0~ 80min基本恢复至用药前水平。收缩期峰值血流速度和平均血流速度在含药后第 3~ 15min明显降低 ,幅度分别为 10 .5 %~ 13 .7% ,14.7%~ 16 .2 %。结论 :硝酸甘油能降低脑动脉血流速度 ,起效时间快 ,持续 1h左右 。 Objective:To evaluate the nitroglycerin effect on the cerebral arterial flow velociety in the normal adults.Methods:The twelve normal adults sucking nitroglycerin 0.5mg were monitored by the use of Medasonic transcranial Doppler (TCD) technique.The blood flow velociety within the right middle cerebral artery had been recorded for 80 or 100 minutes.Results:the systolic peak velociety (V s) and mean velociety (V m) decereased at first minute after sucking nitroglycerin,dropped obviously from third to fifteenth minutes,especially at fourth minute.The decreased rates of V s and V m were 10.5%~13.7%,14.7%~16.2% respectively during third to fifteenth minutes.The velociety in the majority of the adults were restored during sixtieth to eightieth minute.Conclusions:Nitroglycerin could reduce the cerebral arterial flow velociety quickly,keeped effect about one hour.It provides the scientific basis for the use of nitroglycerin in the clinical field.
