Quantitative determination of paracetamol effervescent granules

目的 :建立对乙酰氨基酚泡腾颗粒剂的含量测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法。结果 :方法的平均回收率为 10 0 5 % ,相对标准差 (RSD)为 0 2 7%。结论 :该法简便、准确、重现性好。

Objective: To establish a quantitative analysis method for paracetamol effervescent granules. Methods: UV spectrophotometry was used. Results: The average recovery of the method was 100.5%. RSD was 0.27%. Conclusion: The method was simple,accurate and reproducible.
