碘仿+碘酚治疗前牙慢性瘘管型根尖炎的疗效评价

Treatment analysis about iodoform and iodine Phenol to treat the incisor and cuspid teeth chroniac periapical periodontitis hole canal

目的 :碘仿[1] +碘酚治疗前牙慢性瘘管型根尖炎的疗效评价。方法 :随机分为两组 :采用碘酚瘘管通过术[2 ] 及碘仿根管封药治疗 10 2牙为治疗组 ;采用传统的“樟脑酚 (CP) +甲醛甲酚 (FC)”治疗 48牙为对照组 ,两组最终均作根管充填。结果 :治疗组痊愈 90牙 ,痊愈率 88% ;对照组痊愈 33牙。结论 :碘仿 +碘酚治疗前牙慢性瘘管型根尖炎 ,见效快 ,治愈率高 ,复发率低 。

Objective: Medical treatment analysis about iodoform+iodine phenol to treat the incisor and cuspid teeth chronize periapical periodontitis hole canal.Methods: Divided to two groups at random with indine phenol hole canal penetrate operating and useing iodofom seal root canal to treat 102 teeth as treatment group and 48 teeth to apply the traditional'CP+FC',treatment method as compare group.All these two groups apply roat-camal clot at last.Results: Treatment group with 90 teeth cured 88 percent recovery rate;compare group with 33 teeth cured 68.8 Ptercent recovery rate.Difference is clear ( P <0.05).Conclusion: This methed have more quick effect.highter cure rate and low recurrent rate.It is worth to clinical apply.
