摘要
目的 :比较支撑喉镜下采用小口径气管导管插管全麻进行喉显微手术的效果 ,探讨提高喉显微手术的质量。方法 :通过用本方法经治的 16 7例病人的临床资料分析 ,评估本方法的优点。结果 :术后近期有效率 10 0 % ,安全 ,精细 ,组织创伤小 ,远期复发率低。结论 :本法能提高喉显微手术的效果和质量。
Objective: To explore improving the quality of microlaryngeal surgery by general anaesthesia and small type endotracheal intubation.Methods: The clinical data of 167 cases was analysed to evalauate advantages of this way.Results: 100% was satisfied after surgery in short term.This way was safe,precise,tissuesmild damage.recurrent rate was low in long term.Conclusion: This way can improve effect and quality of microlaryngeal surgery.
