郑州地区儿童肺炎衣原体感染的血清学研究

A seroepidemiological investigation on chlamydia pneumonia infection in children in Zhengzhou

目的 :了解郑州地区儿童肺炎衣原体既往感染状况。方法 :采用金标免疫斑点法对 484名 1～ 14岁健康儿童进行血清抗体检测。结果 :各年龄组阳性率 :1～ 3岁组 8 16 % ,～ 6岁组 14 8% ,～ 9岁组 17 4% ,～ 14岁组2 1 7% ,总阳性率 15 7% ,各年龄组阳性率随年龄增长而升高 ,差异显著 ( χ2 =8 6 8,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :郑州地区儿童肺炎衣原体感染率较高 ,临床上应引起重视。

Objective: To understand the status of chlamydia pneumonia infection in children in Zhengzhou.Methods: ELISA technique was employed in 484 healty children(1-14 years old)by detecting the specific serum antibody against chlamydia pneumonia.Results: Positive rate of chlamydia pneumonia infection was 8 10% in group Ⅰ(1-3 years of age),14 80% in group Ⅱ(-6 years of age),17 40% in group Ⅲ(-9 years of age)and 21 70% in group Ⅳ(-14 years of age) The differences in positive rate between groups were very significant( χ 2=8 68, P <0 05) Conclusion: Chlamydia pneumonia infection rate is higher in healthy children in Zhengzhou,which should be paid more attention.
