脑白质选择性缺血损伤的机制 被引量:3

摘要 大脑白质具有选择性缺血易损性,但其机制至今仍未完全明了。脑白质区的血管解剖与血脑屏障因素是其缺血损伤的基础,炎症性胶质细胞反应具有促进作用,神经元轴突、少突胶质细胞及其髓鞘损伤是其结局.此外,血压与脑白质缺血损伤的发生和发展也密切相关.
