摘要
目的 研究液压扩张对内皮细胞分泌的血管舒张因素因子前列环素 (PGI2 )的影响。方法 采用新西兰成年健康大白兔 2 4只 ,对其右侧颈总动脉用不同压力 (Pa =40、80、1 2 0、0cmH2 O ,1cmH2 O =0 0 98cmHg)进行液压扩张 ,并在扩张前、扩张后 1h、3h、6h、1 2h、2 4h、48h、72h共 8个时间段自耳静脉取血。用放射性同位素方法 ,测定液压扩张后不同时间国际通用的PGI2 代谢产物α Keto PGI2 的含量来代表PGI2 的水平。结果 压力为 40cmH2 O时 ,内皮细胞分泌PGI2 水平下降 ,与对照组 (0cmH2 O)相比差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5) ;随着时间的延长 ,PGI2 的水平呈现上升趋势。压力为 80cmH2 O时除 3h组显著下降外 ;其它不同时间段PGI2 的分泌也受到轻度抑制 ,与对照组相比差异均无显著性意义(P >0 .0 5)。压力上升至 1 2 0cmH2 O时 ,每个时间段PGI2 的分泌均低于对照组水平 ,差异有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5)。结论 液压扩张在一定压力范围内 (P≤ 80cmH2 O)对PGI2 的分泌没有明显影响 ;而当压力超过 1 2 0cmH2 O时 ,PGI2 的分泌受到明显抑制。
Objective To study the effect of hydrolic dilation on the secretion of prostacyclin (PGI 2) in the endothilial cells. Methods 24 healthy New Zealand rabbits were involved in the study. The right carotid artery was dilated with different pressure (40, 80, 120,0 cmH 2O). Blood samples were harvested from ear vein before and 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h after dilation. The level of prostacyclin was indicated by its product of metabolism α Keto PGI 2. Results The secretion of prostacyclin by endothilial cell declined when the pressure was 40 cmH 2O ( P > 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference with the control group (0 cmH 2O). But it showed increasing tendency along with the time. When the pressure was 80 cmH 2O, there was mild inhibition of secretion of prostacyclin without statistical difference with the control group( P > 0.05) except group at 3 hour after dilation. Secretion of prostacyclin at every time point was lower than the control group when the pressure was 120 cmH 2O. Conclusions The secretion of prostacyclin was not obviously affected when the hydrolic dilation pressure was controlled below 80 cmH 2O, but was significantly inhibited when the pressure was over 120 cmH 2O.
