摘要
目的 评价应用微型骨锚 (mitekboneanchor)重建指伸肌腱中央束撕脱伤的疗效。方法 将 40指 (1 0只手 )新鲜冷冻手指分成对照组 (丝线缝合 )和骨锚组 (骨锚 ) ,各组手指被固定到力学装置(Instron 1 0 0 0测定仪 )上经过张力实验直至拉断被修复的肌腱为止 ,记录拉断峰值和拉断机制。临床应用微型骨锚重建指伸肌腱中央束止点 5例。结果 平均拉断张力骨锚组为 2 4. 5N± 1 . 2N( x±s ,下同 ) ,对照组为 2 0 . 8N± 1 . 9N ,两者相比差异有显著性意义 (t =8. 42 ,P < 0 .0 1 )。 5例术后随访 2~ 6个月 ,指活动度恢复良好。
Objective To evaluate treatment outcome of mitek bone anchor for reconstruction of central slip avulsions. Methods Forty ( 10 fingers) fresh frozen cadaveric fingers were randomly divided into control (suture by stitch) and anchor groups (using mitek bone anchor). The finger was fixed into mechanics apparatus (Instron 1000 measurement). The repaired tendon was subjected to tensile loading to failure. Then peak value and mechanism of laceration was recorded. Reconstruction of central slip was treated using mitek bone anchor in 5 patients. Results The mean failure loads were 24.5 N in anchor group and 20.8 N in control group. Over a 2 ~ 6 month period follow up, all 5 patients showed good function restoration. There was significant difference between two groups.Conclusions Reconstruction of central slip insertion using mitek bone anchor is a safter and move secure procedure than traditional one.
