摘要
目的 报道指屈肌腱修复后早期活动的疗效。方法 对 19例 35个Ⅱ~Ⅴ区指深屈肌腱损伤患者 ,在急诊直接对端修复后第 1天立即在使用支具情况下开始进行物理治疗及康复训练。结果 术后 3个月 ,按TAM法评定患指功能 ,优 32指 ,良 3指 ,优良率达到 10 0 %。按Lovett法评定肌力 ,M4~ 53 3指 ,M32指。结论 屈肌腱术后功能锻炼开始愈早 ,手功能恢复的优良率愈高目的 报道指屈肌腱修复后早期活动的疗效。方法 对 19例 35个Ⅱ~Ⅴ区指深屈肌腱损伤患者 ,在急诊直接对端修复后第 1天立即在使用支具情况下开始进行物理治疗及康复训练。结果 术后 3个月 ,按TAM法评定患指功能 ,优 32指 ,良 3指 ,优良率达到 10 0 %。按Lovett法评定肌力 ,M4~ 53 3指 ,M32指。结论 屈肌腱术后功能锻炼开始愈早 。
Objective To report treatment outcome of early motion after flexor tendon repair. Methods 35 digitorum profundus flexor tendons at zone Ⅱ ~ Ⅴ in 19 cases were involved in this study. Immediate physiotherapy and rehabilitation training using splintage were conducted since the first day after emergency direct suture was done. Results At postoperative 3 months, TAM was used to assess the function of the involved digits with excellent in 32 , good in 3 . The excellent and good rate was 100 %. Muscle strength was measured by Lovett method: 4 5 grade in 33 digits, 3 grade in 2 digits. Conclusions The earlier that therapeutic exercise begins after flexor tendon repair, the higher that excellent and good rate of hand function restoration is.
