打造国企科技主导型经济

依据“科技———第一生产力”规律,国有经济要在知识经济时代提高控制力和竞争力,必须打造以大型企业为载体的科技主导型经济,使之控制核心技术,抢占技术制高点,制导国民经济的发展,在国际分工中占据有利地位。为此,应当围绕科技创新和转化,实现制度创新和管理创新,扫除理论认识上的误区。

To enhance the control and competitive capacity in the knowledge -econom y era according to the law of'science -technology is the first pro duction force',we should forge the science -technology economy with big state -owned enterprises as the carrier so t hat they could control the key technology,possess the leading technolog y,guide the development of national economy and occupy favorable position in intern ational division of labor.Hence,we should at-tach great importance to scientific innovation and its transformation,realize the institutional and management innova-tion,clean up the theoretical misunderstandings.
