摘要
提出了一种参数曲面的快速实时插补算法。该方法由离散化的三角平面片与行切平面的截交线判断并计算插补周期内的进给量,并据此得出初始插补点。该方法大大缩短了参数曲面实时插补的时间,明显提高了插补的效率。
A method of fast real - time interpolation of parametric sufsaces is presented in this paper. This method can be used to judge and calculate the tool feed distance during an interpolation period according to the intersection line be-tween the discrete triangle plane patch subdivided from the parametric surface and the cutting plane so that the initial inter-polation points can be obtained. This method has greatly shortened the interpolation time of parametric surfaces and obvi-ously improved the interpolation efficiency
