论“信用缺失”对中国管理的侵蚀及对策

市场经济是信用经济。信用是市场经济的基础和灵魂。在市场经济条件下 ,信用作为一种生产力 ,可以降低交易成本 ,提高效率 ,摆脱诉讼 ,提高竞争力。建立完善的信用体系 ,对于社会主义市场经济体制的建立 ,保证我国国民经济持续、稳定增长 ,提高我国经济在国际上的竞争力 ,具有重要的意义。长期以来 ,我国信用严重缺失 ,产生了种种弊端 ,严重危害了我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和经济的发展 ,因此 ,依靠法治和德治相结合 ,抑恶扬善 ,在全社会树立守信的观念和意识 。

Market economy is credit economy.Credit is the base and soul of market economy.Under the condition of market economy,credit can reduce transaction cost,promote efficiency,get rid of lawsuit,strengthen competitive force,as a kind of productive force.It has important significance for us to establish perfect credit system,which will do good to the foundation of our socialist market economy system,ensure our national economy consistent and steady growth,and promote our competitive force in the world economy.But now,the credit is lack seriously in our country,which produces all sorts of malpractive,endangers the establishment and development of our socialist market economy system.So we must set up credit consciousness in the whole society and establish perfect credit management system right now.
