论教育组织及其变革低效的制度根源

The Institutional Reasons of Low Effectiveness in Educational Organization and Its Changes

教育组织及其变革的低效性是长期困扰教育界的一个重要问题 ,但对产生这种问题原因的研究一直较为薄弱。针对这一问题 ,从教育组织的基本属性、学校组织目标的多重性与教育制度变迁方式三个方面 ,分析了教育组织及其变革低效的制度根源 ,提出提高教育组织及其变革效率的关键是重构教育与教育制度 。

Low effectiveness in educational organization and its changes have been a very important problem for a long time in the field of education, but there are few researches on the possible problem.From this perspective the article analyses the problem from three aspects: the nature of educational organization, multi-goal of educational organization and the mode of educational institution change. Finally, the author suggests that we reconstruct education and educational institution in order to improve the effectiveness of educational organization and its changes.
