摘要
市场经济的发展和现代企业制度的逐步建立 ,将使邮政企业无论在体制保证、价值取向和经营方式上都要发生重大变化。社会主义市场经济和具体的竞争压力赋予邮政企业管理新的内容、方法和手段 ,不仅体现在对科学管理的继承和完善上需要更新岗位设计和工作流程 ,更体现在对经营观念、经营战略、组织结构、组织行为、管理规范、管理方法和管理技术等方面 。
The development of marketing economy and stepwise establishment of the operating system of modern enterprises have brought important changes to the system assurance,value tropism and management modes of those post enterprises.The socialist marketing systems,together with the press of competition has endued the post enterprises with new contents,techniques and instruments for their operations.To speak concretely,they need not only to inherit the scientific management,perfect post planning and the flow chart of the production,but also to adjust and innovate systemically the entire system conformities of post enterprises,including the management conceptions,operation strategies,organization structures,organization behaviors,and the criterion,techniques and skills for the management.
