在保持经济快速发展的同时 ,依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质 ,不断改善发展的质量 ,保持可持续发展的资源基础 ,这是我国 2 1世纪可持续发展战略的指导思想。普通高校师资队伍可持续发展 ,是社会可持续发展战略的重要组成部分 ,应当紧紧围绕素质提高、资源配置。

The guiding ideology for sustainable development strategy of China in 21st century is to continuously improve the quality of development and remain the resources basis of the sustainable development, depending on the advance of the science and the laborers quality, as keeping the rapid growth of the economy at the same time. The sustainable development of the university teachers stuff is an important part of the social sustainable development strategy. So it should be carried out closely around the improving of the quality, the resource distribution, and the shift of mechanism, which have great influence to the teachers stuff in the universities.
