论旅游资源开发道德的基本原则和规范

On a Main moral Principle and the practical norms within the Tourist Resources Exploiting

旅游资源的可持续利用仅仅依靠法律和经济的手段已不能从根本上解决问题 ,还必须辅助以道德这种调节手段。文章从伦理道德的角度 ,提出一种新的旅游资源开发道德 ,研究它的基本原则和规范 ,这对于旅游资源可持续发展将具有十分重要的理论指导意义。

The sustainable utilization of the opening of tourist resources should depend on the morality measures, except the power of law and economy. Based on this viewpoint, this paper holds a main principle which is the accordant development of man with nature, then holds three practical moral norms.
