摘要
现代饭店服务是以人为本、日渐个性化的服务。重庆饭店业人力资源的整体素质、员工培训、管理制度、企业文化建设存在不足。树立“员工第一”的理念 ,建立以人为本的管理制度 ,完善培训体系 ,培养造就有创新能力、能提供个性化服务的员工 ,培育特色鲜明的企业文化 ,成为优化重庆饭店业人力资源管理的必然选择。
The services in modern hotel are becoming more and more with human personality. There are some shortcomings existed in human resources of hotels in Chongqing including the whole staffs ability, staffs training, management systems and cultural construction in enterprises. It is necessary to set up the conception of 'employees first' and the management systems based on human, perfect the training system, cultivate the creative ability, provide the servicing staffs with personality, bring up the enterprises culture with brilliant character.
