抗日本血吸虫噬菌体抗体库的构建和鉴定

Construction and identification of phage antibody library against Schistosoma japonicum

目的 构建抗日本血吸虫噬菌体抗体文库 ,以探索制备日本血吸虫病诊断用单克隆抗体的新方法。方法 用文库构建试剂盒 ,以日本血吸虫感染小鼠脾脏为材料 ,建立噬菌体抗体文库 ,并对其进行鉴定。结果 构建完成了一滴度为6 42× 10 10 cfu/ml的噬菌体抗体库。结论 日本血吸虫噬菌体抗体库的建立为对文库进行进一步的筛选。

Aim To construct phage antibody library against Schistosoma japonicum(Sj) and to develop a new way manufacturying monoclone antibody against Sj.Methods Taking mouse's spleen cells infected by Sj as raw material,the phage antibody library was constructed with Kits of Recombinant Phage Antibody System and testified.Results A phage antibody library 6.42×10 10 cfu/ml has been constructed. Conclusion The construction of phage antibody library provides a basis for further screening and identifying of it.
