摘要 目的 了解组织细胞膜表面轮状病毒受体的位置。方法 利用抗BRV -R -mAb ,对新生牛、胎儿小肠粘膜及气管粘膜和体外培养的MA10 4细胞进行ABC免疫组化染色。结果 在新生牛、胎儿小肠粘膜和MA10 4细胞膜表面均有和抗BRV -R -mAb特异性结合的阳性反应区。结论 在新生牛、胎儿小肠粘膜及气管粘膜和MA10 Aim To understand the location of rotavirus receptors on the surface of tissuses and cells.Methods Using anti BRV R mAb,we carried on ABC immunohistchemistry to new born bovine,foetal intestinal mucosa,tracheal mucosa and MA104 cells.Results We found the mAb can combine with some surface locations of intestinal mucosa,tracheal mucosa and MA 104 cells to give positive reaction.Conclusion On the surface of new born bovine,foetal intestinal mucosa,tracheal mucosa and MA 104 cells,we could find the location of rotavirus receptors.
