摘要
目的 建立检测HFRS患者血清标本中HV基因的PCR -ELISA方法。方法 设计并合成互补于HVS基因片段的标记引物 ,对 98例HFRS患者血清进行RT -nestedPCR扩增 ,并用酶免方法分析扩增产物。结果 98例患者不同病日采集的血清标本的RT -nestedPCR平均检出率仅为 6 0 .2 % ,而PCR -ELISA平均检出率为 80 .6 %。结论 PCR
Aim To establish a rapid and sensitive method for detecting Hantavirus (HV) genes in patient sera of HFRS by PCR ELISA. Method:The primers labeled by digoxin and biotin and complemented to S segment of HV were synthesized and RT nested PCR was conducted for detecting HV genes in patient sera of HFRS.The amplified products were analyzed by ELISA.Result:The 98 patients serm of HFRS patients were tested by RT nested PCR and the positive rate was 60/2%;by PCR ELISA the positive rate was 80.61%.Conclusion:PCR-ELISA is a more sensitive method for early diagnosis of HFRS.
