摘要
[2-^(14)C]多菌灵(简称(MBC)给大鼠口服后动力学计算表明,而生物半衰期分布相(T_(1/2)α)为1.3h,排泄相(T_(1/2) β)为4.8h。在12—48h分布实验以肝脏内放射性含量最高,肾其次。48h内尿排出的放射性量为注入量的63%,自粪排出30%。经硅胶板薄层层析检测发现,[2-^(14)C]多菌灵从尿中大部分以原形排出,少量为羧基化的代谢产物。
The [2-14C] carbendazol was administered to rats 60 mg/kg PO. The biological half-life T1α was 1.1 h and T1/2β was 4.6 h. Radioactivities reached to the highest in liver after 48 h. The percentage of dose excreted was 63% in urine and 30% in feces within 48 h. The metabolites were checked by TLC and radioautography of the urine.
