摘要
具有六方晶体结构的MoS2,在各种固体润滑涂层中能否充分发挥其减摩作用,在很大程度上决定于 MoS2在涂层中的位向。文中对镀层的微观结构及晶粒取向进行了深入的透射电镜(TEM)及X射线衍射分析,证明镀层中的MoS2晶粒,绝大多数都以其(0001)基面平行于镀层表面.显示了明显的择优取向特点。此外还结合镀层的微观结构分析.对Ni与MoS2两相的共沉积过程进行了讨论。
The degree to which molebdenum disulphide with a hexagonal structure can reduce friction, depends to a great extent upon the orientation of its grains. In order to understand why the brush plated Ni-MoS2 composite layer shows excellent solid lubrication properties, this paper presents detailed analysis on the microstructure and orientation of its grains by TEM and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the (0001) basal plane of a great majority of MoS2 grains in the plating layer is parallel to the plating surface, showing a obvious characteristic of preferential orientation. Based on the analysis of microstructure, the codeposition process of both Ni and MoS2 phases is discussed as well.
