摘要
在有限元结构分析软件ABAQUS和UNISTRUC-Ⅱ基础上建立了铸钢件凝固过程三维温度场分析技术。计算了汽车后桥壳铸钢件的三维凝固温度场,预测了缩孔缺陷,改进了初拟工艺,预防了缺陷。
Based on large structure analysis softwares of finite elements: ABAQUS and UNISTRUC-Ⅱ,the technique of analysis of three-dimensional temperature field in solidification of steel castings was developed. The three-dimensional temperature field of solidification of rear axle-housing was computed,and shrinkage cavities were predicated.With the help of the results, defects were prevented in trial production of rear axle-housing.
