摘要
目的探讨红细胞免疫粘附 (erythrocyteimmuneadhesion ,EIA)功能变化与大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的关系。方法选择SD大鼠 40只 ,建立脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,分为对照组、缺血组、缺血再灌注 3h组及 6h组、每组 10只。观察 :①脑组织病理形态学改变 ;②红细胞酵母菌花环法检测红细胞C3b受体花环 (erythrocyteC3breceptorrosette,E C3bRR) ,红细胞免疫复合物花环 (erythrocyteimmunecomplexrosette,E ICR) ;③放射免疫法测定红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase,SOD)含量 ,TBA比色法测定血浆丙二醛。 结果①缺血再灌注组E C3bRR较对照组明显降低 ,E ICR无显著变化 ;②缺血再灌注组红细胞SOD显著降低 ,血浆丙二醛明显增多 ,E C3bRR变化与SOD呈正相关 ,与丙二醛呈负相关 ,并与脑组织病理变化相一致。结论脑缺血再灌注损伤时EIA功能与红细胞SOD明显降低 ,血浆丙二醛增高 ,且SOD降低及丙二醛增高与EIA功能降低密切相关 。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relation between erythrocyte immune adhesion(EIA) function and the brain injury caused by inschemia and reperfusion(IR).MethodsBrain injury model from IR was established in 40 SD rats.The rats were randomly allocated into 4 groups, including: control group, inschemia group, IR 3 h and IR 6 h group. Every 10 rats constituted a group. Observing: ①pathological changes of brain, ②erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette(E C3bRR) and erythrocyte immune complex rosette(E ICR) by erythrocyte saccharomycete rosette test, ③superoxide dismutase(SOD) of erythrocyte by radioimmunssoary, ④malondial dehyde(MDA) by TBA colorimetry.Results①E C3bRR of IR 3 and 6 h groups was lower obviously than control group. ②In IR 3 and 6 h groups, SOD of erythrocyte decreased obviously, MDA in plasma rised obviously. The result shows that positive correlation was observed between E C3bRR and SOD, and negative correlation between E C3bRR and MDA, in accordance with the pathology of the brain injure.ConclusionThe function of EIA and SOD descends obviously and MDA in plasma rises in IR. At the same time,all the changes are correlated obviously.EIA plays a role in the course of IR.
